Return & Exchange Policy

At Posh Abaya, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, given that our items are made-to-order and may include custom alterations, our return and exchange policy is limited.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

Return charges: 

For local orders, If you return your entire order, you'll be charged for the return charges. However, if you only return part of your order, you won't be charged for the return shipping.

For international orders, If you return your entire or partial order, you will be charged for the return shipping.

Made-to-Order Products:
a. Cancellation: Made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Ensure you review your order carefully before submitting.

b. Returns: NO RETURNS, Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or significantly different from the provided specifications during the order process.

c. Exchanges: NO EXCHANGES. However, if the made-to-order product does not fit properly due to a sizing error on our part, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not possible. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the product to assess your request on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is found to be incorrect, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchange requests.
d. Payment: Made-to-order products are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment must be made online.

Ready-to-Wear Products:
a. Cancellation: Orders for ready-to-wear products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
b. Returns: Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear products within 7 working days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.
c. Exchanges: Exchanges for ready-to-wear products are accepted within 7 working days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.


Ready-to-Wear Products with Alterations:
a. Cancellation: Orders for ready-to-wear products with alterations cannot be canceled once the alteration process has begun. Ensure you review your order carefully before submitting.
b. Returns: Returns are not accepted for ready-to-wear products with alterations unless the product is defective or significantly different from the provided specifications during the order process.
c. Exchanges: If the altered ready-to-wear product does not fit properly due to a sizing error on our part, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not possible. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the product to assess your request on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is found to be incorrect, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchange requests.
d. Payment: Ready-to-wear products with alterations are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment or Advanced payment must be made online.


Perfumes and Fragrances:
Due to temperature sensitivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes and fragrances.


Refunds:
a. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after the approval of the return request.


Conditions for Return and Exchange:
a. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
b. The product must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
c. Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process within 7 working days of receiving the product.
